Best White Label Reputation Management Software (2026)

10 white label reputation management platforms compared on wholesale price, rebrand depth, resellable services and contracts. Prices from each vendor's site.

On published prices, the same 10 client locations cost an agency $99 a month on one platform and as much as $849 on another, using Vendasta's 2023 module price. That gap decides your margin more than any feature list.

White label reputation management software is a review platform an agency rebrands and resells as its own. The agency buys seats or locations at a wholesale rate, puts its logo, colors and often its own domain on the dashboard and reports, and sets the retail price its clients pay. Clients never see the vendor's name. White label reputation management can also mean a done-for-you service an agency resells; this guide covers the software.

Short answer

EmbedMyReviews ($99 a month flat, unlimited locations) and Review Grower ($199 for 20 locations) cost least on published prices. Vendasta suits agencies that sell reviews as one of many products. Grade.us fits agencies that want a dedicated review dashboard on their own domain. ReviewTactic fits agencies that want to resell pay-on-removal review removal.

This guide compares ten platforms on what one location costs you, how far the rebrand goes, what you can invoice for and what locks you in. Every price comes from the vendor's own pricing page; where none is published, we write "not published, quote-based".

Prices checked October 1, 2026.

Disclosure: ReviewTactic publishes this page and is one of the ten platforms. We did not rank ourselves first, and we name the cases where Vendasta or Grade.us is the better buy. Nobody paid to be listed.

How we evaluated white-label platforms

We started from the agency section of our comparison of 42 review management tools and kept platforms that put your brand on what the client sees across the review side of reputation management. We dropped Localo (white-label reports only) and ReviewInc and Climbo (agency terms we could not confirm).

We compared five things: the published wholesale price per location; rebrand depth (logo only, or your domain, sender address and PDF reports); the services you can put on an invoice; minimums, contracts and refund rules; and client reporting, since the monthly report is what decides renewals.

White label reputation software compared: price, rebrand, services

Prices are monthly in US dollars unless noted. "Not listed" means the vendor's pricing page shows no review removal service. It does not mean the vendor has said it never does removals.

The 10 platforms, one by one

Vendasta

Best for: Agencies that sell a bundle of digital services and want one system to run it.

What it does
Vendasta is a white-label client portal plus a marketplace of products you resell. Reputation Management is one of them.
Pricing
Vendasta's white-label client portal starts on Professional, with a $499 monthly minimum and a one-year contract; Premium is a $999 minimum, and Starter has no white label. The per-location reputation price is not on the pricing page. A September 2023 launch post put Reputation Management Premium at $35 a month wholesale, which may have changed since. [3][4]
Strength
Vendasta lets you sell many digital products to the same client from one branded portal, which nothing else on this list does.
Limitation
Vendasta needs $499 a month and a year's commitment before you resell anything, and reputation is one module among many.

Grade.us

Best for: Agencies that want a dedicated review platform with the client dashboard on their own domain.

What it does
Grade.us is a review platform for agencies: request campaigns, funnel pages and monitoring.
Pricing
Grade.us lists Agency at "$400+/mo" with 10+ seats, and White Label Basic comes with every plan. White Label Premium, a "full-featured client dashboard under your brand and domain(s)", is $440 a year, or free at 100 seats. There is a 14-day trial, and the plans page says it does not offer refunds. [5]
Strength
Grade.us sells white label as the product. The domain-level rebrand costs about $37 a month, which is cheap next to platform fees elsewhere.
Limitation
Grade.us does not offer refunds, and its $400 entry price buys 10 seats that a two-client agency will not use.

EmbedMyReviews

Best for: Solo consultants and small agencies that want the lowest fixed cost.

What it does
EmbedMyReviews collects reviews and shows them in website widgets under your brand.
Pricing
EmbedMyReviews has one agency plan at $99 a month with unlimited locations, and its pricing page says "custom domain, branding, logo, colours, and client-facing white-label are included". There are no contracts and a 14-day trial. The page also says $99 is not the long-term price and that current subscribers keep it. [6]
Strength
EmbedMyReviews charges a flat fee, so your cost does not move when you add clients.
Limitation
EmbedMyReviews calls the $99 price temporary for new sign-ups, and it does no removal or appeal work.

Review Grower

Best for: Agencies selling review collection campaigns across many locations.

What it does
Review Grower runs review funnels and email and SMS review requests.
Pricing
Review Grower's Agency plan is $199 a month or $1,990 a year for 20 locations, unlimited users, unlimited email and SMS, and "premium white-label (custom domain, webhook integration)". Extra locations cost $10 each. Billing is month-to-month, with "no lock-ins or setup fees". [7]
Strength
Review Grower includes unlimited SMS in the agency plan. SMS review requests are where per-message costs usually eat margin.
Limitation
Review Grower is a funnel tool without a full reply and reporting suite. Check that the funnel shows the Google link to every customer (see red flags).

ReviewTacticOur product

Best for: Agencies whose clients want fake and abusive reviews taken down as well as answered.

What it does
ReviewTactic (our product) writes AI replies, flags reviews that may break Google's rules and runs removal requests, all under your logo.
Pricing
ReviewTactic has two white-label tiers with no contract: Agency is $149 a month plus $29 (Starter) or $39 (Growth) per location, and Agency Pro is $299 a month plus $25 or $35. Removal is $69 wholesale per removed review; we suggest charging $99 or more. A free referral track pays 40% recurring commission instead. [1][2]
Strength
ReviewTactic is the only platform here that publishes a pay-on-removal service agencies can resell. Your client pays only when a review comes down, so you can sell it with no risk to them.
Limitation
ReviewTactic charges a $149 platform fee before wholesale rates apply, and the custom domain needs the $299 tier. Only reviews that break Google's policy can be removed, and Google decides. There is no product marketplace like Vendasta's.

Reviewshake

Best for: Agencies that want to grow in small, predictable steps.

What it does
Reviewshake monitors reviews and sends email and SMS requests, with a fully white-labeled agency plan.
Pricing
Reviewshake's agency plan "starts at $199/Month" and includes 10 clients, 25 locations, 15 users, 30,000 emails and 1,000 SMS a month. Extra seats cost from $15 down to $8 a month each on a sliding scale, and each seat adds one user, 1,000 emails and 200 SMS. [8]
Strength
Reviewshake has the most granular price ladder in the group: you can add one seat at a time instead of jumping a tier.
Limitation
Reviewshake lists no removal service, and its pricing page does not state contract terms.

BrightLocal

Best for: Local SEO agencies that already sell rankings and citations.

What it does
BrightLocal is a local SEO suite with audits, citations, rank tracking and reputation tools.
Pricing
BrightLocal prices Track, Manage and Grow on request, for up to 100 locations. All three include "white-labelling: customize all tools and reports with your branding". You can cancel any time, and annual billing saves 25%. [9]
Strength
BrightLocal puts rankings, citations and reviews in one branded report, which is the report a local SEO client reads.
Limitation
BrightLocal publishes no price, so you cannot work out margin before a sales call, and its pricing page does not mention a client dashboard on your own domain.

GatherUp

Best for: Agencies that want to sell customer feedback surveys alongside reviews.

What it does
GatherUp collects first-party feedback and reviews, and pitches its agency plan as "white label reputation management software for your clients".
Pricing
GatherUp's Small Business plan is $99 a month for one location, Multi Location is $60 per location, and the Agency plan is "request a quote". Its Review Defense add-on, which GatherUp says will "automatically detect, dispute, and defend against fake reviews", costs $50 to $375 per location a month on monthly billing, or $45 to $300 billed annually. [10][17]
Strength
GatherUp adds feedback surveys, which give you a second thing to report on each month besides star ratings.
Limitation
GatherUp publishes no agency price or rebrand detail, so ask for both in writing. Ask what its Review Defense add-on covers and whether it files removal requests.

SocialPilot Reviews

Best for: Social media agencies that already use SocialPilot for scheduling.

What it does
SocialPilot Reviews monitors and replies to reviews, next to SocialPilot's scheduler.
Pricing
SocialPilot Reviews has a free Starter plan for one location and Pro at $30 a month ($25.50 billed yearly) for three locations; white-label plans are "contact us". On the main SocialPilot social plans, Premium ($100 a month) includes white-label reports and Ultimate ($200) includes "advanced white label". [11][12]
Strength
SocialPilot covers social and reviews from one vendor, which keeps your stack small.
Limitation
SocialPilot does not publish white-label pricing for the reviews product, so the margin is unknown until you get a quote.

Birdeye

Best for: Agencies whose clients are large, multi-location brands.

What it does
Birdeye is a customer experience suite. Its reseller program offers a white-label or co-branded version.
Pricing
Birdeye does not publish prices; plans are quote-based. Its reseller program mentions wholesale pricing and a partner success manager. [13]
Strength
Birdeye covers reviews, listings, messaging and surveys in one suite.
Limitation
Birdeye publishes no numbers, and its reseller page blocked our requests, so treat this entry as unconfirmed until a sales call.

White label vs reseller vs affiliate: what's the difference?

The three models differ in whose name the client sees, who sends the invoice and who sets the price.

Swipe the table sideways →

ModelWhose brandWho bills the clientWho sets the price
White labelYours onlyYouYou
ResellerYours, though the vendor's name may still showYou, after buying at wholesaleYou
Affiliate or referralThe vendor'sThe vendorThe vendor; you earn a commission

ReviewTactic runs both ends. On its two white-label tiers you bill the client and set the retail price. On its referral track, ReviewTactic bills the client and pays you 40% recurring commission.

How much does white label reputation management cost?

The cheapest published entry price is EmbedMyReviews at $99 a month flat for unlimited locations. At the top, Vendasta's white-label portal needs a $499 monthly minimum and a one-year contract. Review Grower and Reviewshake start at $199. ReviewTactic is $149 a month plus $29 to $39 per location, or $299 plus $25 to $35 on Agency Pro. Four vendors quote privately.

How much margin can an agency make?

The examples use only published prices. The retail price, $99 per location per month, is our assumption to keep the arithmetic simple, not a market rate.

Example 1: 10 client locations, $990 a month revenue

Swipe the table sideways →

PlatformYour monthly costGross margin
EmbedMyReviews$99 flat$891 (90%)
Review Grower$199 (20 locations included)$791 (80%)
Reviewshake$199 (10 clients, 25 locations)$791 (80%)
ReviewTactic Agency, Starter$149 + 10 × $29 = $439$551 (56%)
ReviewTactic Agency, Growth$149 + 10 × $39 = $539$451 (46%)
Grade.us Agency + Premium white label$400 + $440 ÷ 12 ≈ $437 (entry price)≈ $553 (56%)
Vendasta Professional + Reputation$499 + 10 × $35 = $849 (2023 price, unconfirmed for 2026)$141 (14%)

EmbedMyReviews wins on cost because it charges a flat fee for collection and widgets. The ReviewTactic rows include AI replies and violation detection on every location. Vendasta's $499 is a minimum spent across everything you sell through it, so existing Vendasta resellers pay far less for the module than this row suggests.

Example 2: when a higher tier pays for itself

ReviewTactic Agency Pro costs $150 more a month than Agency and saves $4 per location at the base rate, so it pays off only at higher location counts. Volume discounts from 26 locations move the break-even, so check the wholesale table on the agency page before you choose [1].

Review Grower works the other way round: the first 20 locations are inside the $199, and each one after that is $10. At 40 locations you pay $199 + $200 = $399, or about $10 per location.

These examples leave out your time, onboarding, SMS overage and volume discounts.

Can agencies resell Google review removal?

Yes, through ReviewTactic. Agencies pay $69 wholesale per removed review, and ReviewTactic sells removal direct at $99, so you set your own price above the wholesale rate [1] [2]. Your client pays only when a review comes down. Only reviews that break Google's policy qualify, and Google decides every case, so never sell a guaranteed result.

Example 3: the margin on one removal

If you charge your client $99, you keep $30 per removal. If you charge $150, you keep $81. Removal revenue follows how many policy-breaking reviews your clients get, so do not plan payroll around it.

Before you pitch it to a client, run a free audit on one client's profile to see which reviews may qualify.

Which white label platform fits your agency?

You are a solo consultant with five clients

Fixed cost matters most. EmbedMyReviews at $99 for unlimited locations is hard to beat; Review Grower is the other option, with SMS included.

Your clients keep forwarding you one-star reviews they think are fake

That is a removal problem. Collection tools add new reviews and leave fake ones in place. ReviewTactic sells removal under your brand, pay on removal. Read how Google review removal works and which violations qualify before you promise anything to a client, or run a free audit on one client's profile.

You sell many digital services, and reviews are one line item

Vendasta. One branded portal costs more up front but can replace several tools. If you will not use the rest of the marketplace, $499 is expensive for reviews alone.

You run a local SEO agency

BrightLocal puts rankings, citations and reviews in one branded report. Get a quote before you set retail prices.

Your clients are franchises with 30 or more locations

Price the top tiers. ReviewTactic Agency Pro pays off only at higher location counts, and volume discounts start at 26 locations. Review Grower costs about $10 per location at that size. Grade.us waives the White Label Premium fee at 100 seats.

Questions to ask a vendor before you sign

  • What is the wholesale price per location, in writing?
  • Where does the vendor's name still appear: emails, PDFs, the login URL, the SMS sender?
  • How long is the contract, and what are the exit terms?
  • What are the SMS and email caps, and what does overage cost?
  • Who owns client data and profile access if you leave?

Red flags when you choose a white-label platform

You resell under your brand, so a vendor's policy breach becomes your problem. Watch for these five.

Review gating in the funnel

Google's policy prohibits businesses that "discourage or prohibit negative reviews, or selectively solicit positive reviews from customers" [14]. A funnel that sends happy customers to Google and unhappy ones to a private form is gating. Ask whether a funnel routes customers by rating, and make sure every customer sees the Google link. Our guide to review gating and Google's policy has the detail.

Incentivized reviews

Google bans offering "payment, discounts, free goods and/or services" in exchange for any review [14]. In the US, the FTC's 2024 rule bans incentives conditioned on a review expressing a particular sentiment, and lets the agency seek civil penalties from knowing violators [15]. A platform feature that ties a discount to a review is a liability you would be reselling.

"Guaranteed removal"

Only Google decides whether a review comes down, so a vendor that guarantees removal promises something it does not control. Pay-on-removal pricing is the honest version. Read why guaranteed removal is a red flag.

Hidden per-seat or per-message fees

Check what a "seat" is: a user, a location, a client or a bundle of messages. SMS caps matter most, because text review requests are where usage climbs.

Lock-ins and promotional prices

Vendasta's white-label tiers carry a one-year contract. Grade.us does not offer refunds. EmbedMyReviews says its $99 is not the long-term price. Each changes your margin if a client leaves in month three.

How a white-label platform gets access to client profiles

Replying to reviews needs access to the client's Google Business Profile, and Google's role settings let a profile manager respond to reviews [16]. Setup takes three steps:

  1. The client opens Business Profile settings, then People and access, and adds your agency as a manager.
  2. You connect the profile to the white-label platform.
  3. Replies post under the client's business name. Your agency's name never appears on the review.

Keep the client as primary owner: if you part ways, they keep their profile and you remove yourself.

What is the best white label reputation management software?

There is no single best one. EmbedMyReviews and Review Grower cost least per location on published prices. Vendasta is the one portal here that sells many products. Grade.us puts a dedicated review platform on your domain for about $37 a month on top of its plan.

Choose Vendasta over ReviewTactic if reviews are one of many products you sell and you want them all in one branded portal. Choose Grade.us over ReviewTactic if your clients need review requests and funnels but not AI replies or removal, and you want the full dashboard on your domain with no per-location fee. Choose ReviewTactic if your clients keep asking about fake, abusive or off-topic reviews: it is the only platform here that publishes a pay-on-removal service agencies can resell, at $69 wholesale per removed review.

Method

  • On October 1, 2026 we read each vendor's pricing page and, where it existed, its agency or reseller page, and recorded only prices and terms printed there. We did not take pricing from third-party review sites or run trials of every platform.
  • "Not published, quote-based" means the vendor shows "contact us" or "price on request" in place of a number.
  • Vendasta's reputation price comes from a dated 2023 launch post and is labelled as such. Birdeye's reseller page blocked our requests, so that entry relies on the page summary shown in search results. Vendors change prices often; check the source before you quote a client.
