Review management software for multi-location businesses
ReviewTactic manages Google reviews for 2 to 50 locations from one account. Every location gets its own review feed, AI reply drafts, weekly digest and negative-review alerts. Growth and Managed plans include review removals each month, with no per-location fee. You pay a base plan plus a flat add-on per extra location, month to month, with no contract.
Running several locations means several Google profiles, several managers and several places a bad review can land. Multi location review management has to work per site, because that's where the problem is, and still give the owner one bill and one account. This page covers what each location gets, what the owner gets, what it costs at 1, 5, 10 and 25 locations, and where ReviewTactic stops being the right fit.
Review removal across all your locations
A review that breaks Google's rules can come down, whichever location it sits on. ReviewTactic flags the reviews that qualify at every connected location, drafts the appeal in Google's own terms and submits it. The work is the same at site one and site thirty.
- Included removals. Growth includes 2 removals a month and Managed 4. After those, each removed review is $99.
- No per-location fee. The price is per removed review, not per site.
- Nothing if nothing comes down. A review that stays up costs nothing.
Removal only works for reviews that violate Google's policies. Nobody can promise a removal, and we don't. How removal works.
What each location gets
Every location is its own unit inside the account, with its own settings. Nothing about site A leaks into site B's reply tone, alerts or numbers.
- A weekly digest and negative-review alerts, per location. Each location has its own weekly digest email, and the negative-review alert is switched on per location. The manager of one site hears about that site.
- AI reply drafts for every review. AI replies are drafted in the location's own tone and language. On Growth and Managed you can switch on auto-publishing to Google per location; it stays off until you do. For reviews on other platforms, you copy the draft over.
- Benchmark against local competitors. For restaurants and hospitality venues, each location is compared with nearby competitors on rating, review count and reply rate. The comparison set is built from restaurant and hospitality data, so that is where we recommend it.
- Cross-visitation. See which other places your reviewers also reviewed. It's reviewer activity, not foot traffic, and it shows which businesses your customers actually compare you with.
- Weekly AI insights, on Growth and Managed. A short, prioritised list of what to fix at this location, refreshed weekly. A local rank grid is also available per location.
What the owner gets
- All locations in one account. One login, one bill. You switch between locations with a location switcher and work on one at a time. There is no combined view of every location on a single screen, so if that's the thing you need most, see the fit note below.
- One monthly report across all opted-in locations. On Growth and Managed, the monthly report covers every location you opt in, in one email. It's the roll-up: rating, volume, reply rate and what changed, location by location.
- One reply allowance. The plan's monthly reply allowance is shared across all locations rather than split per site.
Pricing by number of locations
The base plan covers one location. Every further location is a flat monthly add-on for that plan, with no volume tiers and no setup fee. The table shows monthly list prices; see pricing for what each plan includes.
| Plan | Formula | 1 location | 5 locations | 10 locations | 25 locations |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $39 + $29 per extra location | $39/mo | $155/mo | $300/mo | $735/mo |
| Growth | $79 + $59 per extra location | $79/mo | $315/mo | $610/mo | $1,495/mo |
| Managed | $299 + $249 per extra location | $299/mo | $1,295/mo | $2,540/mo | $6,275/mo |
- Monthly billing. Annual plans are cheaper per month, but extra locations on an annual plan are added through support, not in checkout.
- Self-serve checkout supports up to 51 locations on one plan.
- Review removal is priced per removed review on top of any plan. Growth and Managed include 2 and 4 removals a month.
Who this is built for
ReviewTactic is built for 2 to 50 locations: regional chains, franchise owners with a handful of units, dental and clinic groups, dealer groups, and hospitality brands with a few properties. The owner wants every location answered, protected and reported on without an enterprise contract.
It is not built for hundreds of locations. Brands at that size that need listings sync, social publishing, surveys and reviews in one procurement-approved suite usually use Reputation.com, Yext, Chatmeter or SOCi, and they'll be better served there.
Agencies managing many client locations have their own program with partner pricing. See ReviewTactic for agencies, or compare the review automation tools agencies use across ten vendors.
