How does the grid report work?
We check your Google Maps ranking from 9 points in a 2km radius around your location. You see a colour-coded grid: green where you rank top 3, yellow for 4-10, red for 11+. Updates weekly.
Which keywords does it track?
You pick the keywords. Most businesses start with their primary category ("dentist", "Italian restaurant") plus 2-3 service terms ("teeth whitening", "pizza delivery"). Add or change keywords any time.
Can I track competitors?
Yes. Every grid report shows where competitors rank at the same 9 points. You see exactly who beats you and where.
Does rank tracking affect my ranking?
No. We query the Google Maps API the same way any searcher does. There is no penalty or side-effect from checking your position.
