Terms of service

1. Service description

ReviewTactic (“the Service”) is an AI-powered Google review management platform operated by Palicz Growth Solutions LP (“we”, “us”, “our”), registered in Quickborn, Germany.

The Service connects to your Google Business Profile via OAuth to pull reviews, generate AI-powered reply suggestions, publish approved replies, provide competitor benchmarks, review analytics, and an AI advisor chat.

2. Account and eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted.

3. User obligations

  • You must have the authority to manage the Google Business Profile(s) you connect.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated replies before publication.
  • You must not use the Service to publish defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading content.
  • You must comply with Google's terms of service for Business Profile.

4. AI-generated content disclaimer

Review replies are generated by AI (Claude Sonnet by Anthropic and Gemini by Google). While we design our AI to produce helpful, professional replies:

  • AI output may contain errors or inappropriate suggestions.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.
  • We are not liable for any consequences resulting from AI-generated content that you choose to publish.
  • AI-generated replies do not constitute legal, medical, or professional advice.
  • Data privacy: AI features use commercial APIs from Anthropic and Google. Your data is processed in real time and is never used to train AI models. Only publicly available review text is sent to AI providers, with no private customer data transmitted. See our Privacy policy for full details.

5. Prohibited use

You may not:

  • Use the Service to generate fake reviews or manipulate ratings
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond the provided interface
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the Service

6. Billing and payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
  • Prices are displayed in your local currency where available; billing is in USD or EUR.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@reviewtactic.com.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual property

  • The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by Palicz Growth Solutions LP.
  • AI-generated replies are created for your use. You own the published content on your Google Business Profile.
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or interruptions caused by third-party services (Google, Stripe, etc.).

9. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time from Settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days (see our Privacy policy).

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamburg, Germany.
