What we find in restaurant reviews

Common policy violations

  • Spam reviews from people who never visited (often posted at multiple businesses)
  • Competitor attacks disguised as customer complaints
  • Revenge reviews from no-show reservations or rejected refund requests
  • Off-topic rants about politics, parking, or the neighborhood
  • Reviews meant for another restaurant (wrong location)
  • Harassment or threats aimed at staff by name

The free audit tells you exactly which of your negative reviews qualify.

COMES DOWN

If nothing comes down, you owe nothing.

We only get paid when a review comes down. So we don't take cases we can't win, and we don't quit on the ones we can.

Questions, answered

Straight answers

Do restaurants really get fake reviews?
Yes. Across the 15,954 business profiles we scanned, 81.8% had at least one negative review violating a Google policy, and spam alone accounted for 41.2% of every violation found. Spam is exactly the pattern restaurants see most: a reviewer who never visited, often posting the same text at several businesses.
What about "bad food" reviews from real customers?
If a customer really visited and didn't like the food, that's a legitimate review and it stays. But if they never visited, posted the same text at 4 other places, or are actually a competitor, that's a policy violation and we can get it removed.
How much does it cost?
$99 per review that is actually removed. The audit is free. If nothing comes down, you owe nothing.
Will this affect my legitimate reviews?
No. We only target reviews that violate Google's content policies. Legitimate customer feedback stays untouched.
How long does removal take?
Simple cases (obvious spam, wrong business): a few days. Complex cases (competitor attacks, harassment): a few weeks. You get updates as each case progresses.
