Common policy violations

  • Spam reviews from people who never visited
  • Competitor venues planting negative reviews
  • Off-topic rants about pricing or weather, not the experience
  • Reviews from group events where the reviewer was not a customer
  • Revenge reviews after membership cancellations
  • Same review posted across multiple locations

The free audit tells you exactly which of your negative reviews qualify.

IF NOTHING
COMES DOWN

If nothing comes down, you owe nothing.

We only get paid when a review comes down. So we don't take cases we can't win, and we don't quit on the ones we can.

Questions, answered

Straight answers

Why do leisure businesses get so many rule-breaking reviews?
High-emotion experiences – birthday parties, group outings, competitions – lead to impulsive reviews. Many are posted in anger without any policy-relevant complaint, or by people who were not the paying customer.
Can reviews about membership disputes be removed?
If the reviewer never actually visited or their complaint is about billing policy rather than an experience at the location, it may qualify. Real complaints about real visits stay.
What about reviews from group events?
If someone leaves a review but was not a customer (e.g. attended a party but did not book it), it may violate Google's policy on relevant content. Each case is reviewed individually.
How much does it cost?
$99 per review that is actually removed. The audit is free. If nothing comes down, you owe nothing.
How long does removal take?
Simple cases: a few days. Complex cases: a few weeks. You get updates as each case progresses.
