We build the case

You pick the reviews and add us as a Manager on your listing. We gather the proof and file it with Google. If the report is rejected, we file the appeal.

IF NOTHING
COMES DOWN

If nothing comes down, you owe nothing.

We only get paid when a review comes down, so we only file reviews that appear to break a Google policy, and we file the one appeal Google allows if a report is rejected.

Questions, answered

Straight answers

Why do car dealers get so many fake reviews?
Automotive is a high-stakes, high-emotion industry: competitor attacks, revenge reviews from failed negotiations, and spam accounts all show up. Our scan is not broken down by industry, so we will not claim dealers are worse than average.
Can reviews about pricing be removed?
If a review is purely about disagreement with pricing (no actual visit or purchase), it may qualify as off-topic or spam. Reviews from real customers about their actual experience with pricing stay, even if negative.
What about reviews from people who test-drove but didn't buy?
If they actually visited and had a genuine experience, the review is legitimate. But if someone who never visited leaves a review, or a competitor plants a fake complaint, that violates Google's policies.
How much does it cost?
$99 per review that is actually removed. The audit is free. If nothing comes down, you owe nothing.
How long does removal take?
Google says review evaluation typically takes several days. If Google rejects the report, we file the appeal, which adds time. You get updates as each case moves.
