The recommended split is the default: positive reviews on auto-pilot, negative reviews approve-first. Positive replies are low-stakes and high-volume, so automation buys back the most time there. Negative replies are where a wrong word costs you, so those wait for a human. If your business is more cautious, run everything approve-first. If you trust the tone settings, run everything on auto-pilot. The setting is yours.

How it works

A new review arrives. Review monitoring watches your profile and picks up new reviews automatically, so nothing depends on you remembering to check.
The AI drafts a reply. It reads the review, writes a response in the reviewer's language, and matches it to your brand tone.

If your customers review you in more than one language, this is the part manual replying handles worst. Copying a review into a translator, drafting in your own language, translating back, and hoping the tone survived is enough friction that multilingual reviews usually just go unanswered.

On-brand, not obviously automated

Generic AI replies are easy to spot: the same three sentences of vague gratitude under every review. That reads as worse than silence, because it tells customers a machine is doing the caring.
